Hall ways smelt like cigarettes homeless people and drug addicts standing at the back door and walking all around , I didn’t have a tv remote tht worked for the whole weekend I stayed bathroom shower kould of been cleaning I bought my own products before I showered

Do not book this hotel. Absolutely not. I hope this terrible hotel goes bankrupt soon. Although it is called a hotel, it is actually just a place to sleep, not a normal hotel. for example, 1. The bed sheets were dirty. 2. There was no hair dryer. 3. There was a half-eaten can of tomatoes left      in  fridge. 4. There were no clothes hangers. 5. There are no paper cup,glass cups, ceramic cups, or anything else in the room. 6. There  no electric kettle or coffee maker etc. 7. There is no safe in the room. 8. The front desk refused to let me store my luggage. 9.There is no telephone  in the room., so if there is no hot water or the maid doesn't come to clean, I have to go to the front desk. 10.There is no alarm clock. 11.The bed was dangerous. For some reason the metal plate was exposed and I hurt my leg. 12.The entrance and bathroom doors are damaged, but it seems there are no plans to repair them. 13.When I got back to my room, the room hadn't been cleaned, so I complained to the front desk. When I asked the front desk about it after a few hours, they said the maid had already left work. In the end, the room was never cleaned even after two nights. 14.This morning there was no hot water in the bath. I ran the water for an hour, but it still didn't work. I complained to the front desk that there was no hot water, but they just said "Oh, I see," and it seems that it's normal for hot water not to come out. Can you believe the above story? It's scary but true, so please don't book this hotel.

Apparently renovation is taking place but no evidence of it. Just a run down hotel that isn't ready for guests. Basics missing from the room - No comforter, no trashcan, no microwave or coffee maker despite what was in the listing. Room was soulless, with boards barely covering holes in the wall. Fitness centre is closed.

Had alot od problems elevators where down stairway smelled bad the bed was like a boxspring

I stay out of town frequently for work and this had to be one of, if not the most unpleasant places I have ever stayed. I literally felt like I was in a slum. I don't expect a $65/night hotel to be a Hilton, but I do expect cleanliness and a welcoming environment. This offered neither. There was a terrible smell upon arrival. When I turned the lamps on, I noticed the lampshades were both cracked and not attached to their base, one lamp was completely missing theirs. There was what looked like spilled nailpolish in spots all over the floor, and dirt on almost every surface. The bathroom was awful, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet was clogged and didn't flush! There was a hole in the wall above the damaged mirror and what looked like black mold on the ceiling. Not to mention something brown smeared on the wall, I don't even want to know what that might have been. There were also bugs! I killed at least three of two different types of bugs. The only redeeming quality this place has is the front desk clerk was polite.

Bed bugs and holes in the wall. Smell of animail pee as soon as you get in the hallway. Ive stayed in some pretty bad hotels. Ive never written a review. But this place needs to be condemed. Absolutely waste of money.

The staff were kind & helpful when needed, the housekeeper was rude as hell. Overall stay was okay.

Room wasn't finished with remodeling no hot water will not be Goin back there
