It’s been horrible. Our blankets have stains. When we asked for new blankets the front desk brought us sheets. The walls are dirty with dark hand prints on them. There are stains on the floor. There was hair in the sheets. In all honesty I would love to be refunded for our stay. The elevator doesn’t work properly. So when we took the stairs there were bags of trash stored in there and it smelled ssooo bad!

USEveryone was so rude. The room service people would cut in front of people waiting for the elevator and get on and block anyone else from going up. The rooms were worn out and smelled like mold. We were missing light bulbs in the lamps and the tv didnt work. They moved us to 3 different rooms and all of them smelled the same and the tvs still didnt work. They tried to kick us out after one night when i paid for 2 nights because they didnt write down that we would be there for 2 nights and the lady acted like i was lying and was so rude. I tried to get a refind and leave after the first night but she said because i had booked through hotels.com that had to call them and they would have to get ahold of the hotel. I did just that and no one would answer the phone. I tried to call the front desk from my room several times at different parts of the day and no one would answer. I stay in hotels all the time and this was definetly one of the worst i have ever been to.

The staff was friendly and were helpful the best they could be. We booked for a king bed with sofa bed, the original room didn't have the sofa bed. We got the room switched, and then in the new room, the sofa bed was broken. Both rooms, the blankets on the bed had weird burn holes in them. Looked like cigarette burns, even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The walls were gross looking, the peep hole in 1 room was stuffed with straw wrapper, the other rooms door was almost broken off. There was people right by the front door smoking cigarettes and Marijuana. It was just overall not great. The staff was trying to make it better, and they were super nice but it was everything else that just was not great.
Great updated property but in a bad neighborhood. Rooms nice and clean. Great for one night stay
