Add eggs..and a meat to breakfast please...and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the hall way nooks..
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The facility in its own isn't terrible but there were stains on the bedding the walls had some form of foreign material everywhere. Stains on the headboard and the place smelled heavily of marijuana. If you don't get to breakfast in the first hour don't plan on eating anything warm.
Staff seems to be limited. No one is maintaining this property well. Saw a few death bugs around. Bug in my shower. I would not go back to this Clarion Pointe. It is not okay for a hotel to smell like cigarettes and weed. The front desk staff was nice. Very accommodating, and they are doing the best they can. But, Clarion needs to get the place cleaned up and fix all broken air condition units. The AC units roar like freight trains. Will never stay at another Clarion property.
I booked a King suite room and paid a higher rate for it. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm. Raj was working the front desk and checked me in. He put me in room 310 which was a Standard King room that cost less than I paid. When I bought this to his attention refused to change it and was very rude about it. I even showed him my receipt, it didn't phase him at all. Raj needs to take a refresher course in HOSPITALITY!!!!!
Sketchy environment, questionable staff and service, dirty floor and surfaces in the room.

This property looks nothing like the photos. It's ran down and smells heavily of cigarettes with constant trash in the hallways. The front desk staff is also a tad bit incompetent.
At check in, the gentleman that checked us in never stopped his personal phone call on speaker phone in his native language. I had no idea what he was talking about…my personal information? Toilet seat was very loose and poses a fall risk. Bed was comfortable.
Last minute hotel choice. Didn't seem to be in the best neighborhood. But the hotel was clean and close to the airport.
