Stoneborough House B&B

I would say this was probably the best B&B I've been to in this country - and I've visited many. Very welcoming and the use of the garden, lounge and conservatory was offered. Also a fridge downstairs if you wanted to place bottles of wine etc. There was complimentary cold water plus cold drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied choice. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The most wonderful home to stay in. Superior accommodation, everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing holiday. The bedroom is extremely luxurious, with armchairs plus extra large bed. Bathroom has a a very large corner shower plus a full size bath for relaxing in. Kathryn and husband are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Thank you.

There is nothing to complain about, even when the weather is bad, the conservatory was lovely to sit in.

This B&B provides an exceptional standard of hospitality having a warm welcome, excellent accommodation and impressive breakfasts with a great attention to detail including a hairdryer with a lead long enough to reach the mirror you needed to use! There were lots of personal touches which enhanced the experience such as homemade honey produced on site and a range of jams made from fruit from the garden. The list could go on!

Exceptional decor in prperty throuhgout. Roomy and highly maintained. First class breakfast with good selection of options. Availability of titbits such as cake & soft drinks provided. Excellent friendly service and surroundings overall, could not be faulted.

Everything was superb. Beautiful house to stay. Every evening when we returned to the b&b we had delicious cake waiting for us both. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The host could not do more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be going back again for another visit. Thank you so much.

This is an exceptional B&B. The setting is a lovely home, our room was perfect with a nice sofa to relax on, extra provisions daily with home made cake and gorgeous tea set and other nice touches. We definitely got more than we expected, with a delicious breakfast, seasonal fruit and homemade jam and marmalades. Our hosts were friendly and helpful - with dinner recommendations and ideas for local walks. We highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

The house is lovely and spacious, with a conservatory overlooking the beautiful garden. Our room had the same view, and felt very quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds and an inexhaustible supply of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits - not to mention the home-baked cake which appeared every day! Nothing was too much trouble for our friendly host, who even gave us a lift to the garage to pick up our hire car. Breakfast was first rate, with lighter options as well as the full English, beautifully presented fruit, a choice of homemade marmalades and honey from the property's own bees. We felt thoroughly looked after, and very much hope to return.
