The Edgewater Hotel

It was a pleasant stay for the most part. Only had one issue. The main door to the room stopped working on Sunday morning, so I had to go to the front desk and get a new key card. I tried to use the second keycard on the door and it didn’t work, either. They had to call someone to come up and access the door with the master keycard. The gentleman was able to open it with his key fob and stated that he would have to have someone from engineering come check the door. Also, I requested a late checkout for 1 pm, but a cleaning person was trying to enter my room at noon, which was horrible timing, so that was unpleasant.

We loved our stay. The view was just incredible! Spent so much time just relaxing at the windows. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular views from a fun, lodge-y property, with interesting and thoughtfully-appointed rooms, warm and welcoming staff, and an excellent restaurant. Immaculately clean, quiet, and full of interesting just-around-the corner surprises.

“Schrodinger’s” hotel where you simultaneously can be in a city and a remote getaway at the same time! Never been in another quite like it. If it was good enough for the Beatles to stay and fish out their window, it’s good enough for me.

Lovely Hotel, great location. The in room fireplace is an awesome addition and keeps the room cozy when it's cold outside.

The hotel is under new management and have decided that the restaurant will no longer be open for breakfast, we where looking forward to breakfast with that amazing view, what a shame, it was a destination, now feels like so many places that are trying to cut corners yet charge the same price

Staff incredible, room impeccable, location amazing. Hotel was jammed packed and humming. Personnel made everything seem effortless.

The location and water views are great. The facility is aging and over rated (riding on past reputation of 60’s rock’s roll bands). Lodging and restaurant are over priced for what you receive. For the money spent here, there is far better else where.

Great hotel right on the water with amazing views of downtown and Puget Sound. Waking up and seeing the Sound from the room was a highlight. It’s also just a short walk to 1st Avenue with tons of great restaurants and easy access to Pike Place and the waterfront. Would absolutely stay here again.
