The pool and breakfast were good. The hotel is verry close to the airport.

The mattress in the sofa bed is so uncomfortable. Next time I will just request a double bed. The washroom was not to clean. I found Hair on floor and shower. The washroom also needs a fan. Every time we took a shower we had to pass a towel on the mirror. The front desk men specially (Michael) need classes on customer service. If you are at the front desk and work with the public, you should know how to speak to customers with respect.

The staff and the food were great.

Overpriced and very dirty rooms. Mold on the ceiling. Vents were dirty and the floors were extremely dusty and lots of dirt. Urine on the outside of the toilet . Considering we were 2 females in the room that was disgusting! Maintenance had to fix both TVs in the room. Brought it up to the front desk and Victoria could care less!
