Excellent location in old town, one door away from the promenade and surrounded by many excellent places to eat. Very close to the cruise ship terminal, so this is an ideal location if you are embarking on a cruise from Nice.

Place was.a little tired, small rooms and simple services like water and coffee were not replenished daily. Over priced for the quality offered.
