Location! It was an ideal location allowing our group to walk to all of our destinations.

Nothing! Amazing location, amazing staff!

La posizione è ottimale: molto vicina alla stazione e alle principali attrazioni. Le stanze non sono molto ampie ma con tutti i confort necessari. La colazione è ottima e variegata, sia salata sia dolce.

I letti sono poco confortevoli, un po' troppo rigidi, e ci sono poche prese.

The hotel is great for closeness to both the railway station and major sites like the cathedral. The reception is manned 24/7. I always avoid hotels with "self check-in" as there is always something that goes wrong with gaining access or Wifi not working. The hotel staff are very nice and pleasant, from reception to the restaurant staff. The breakfast is very large and generous. They go to the bother of including cooked breakfast options and have nice Finnish touches as well. They provide a kettle with tea and coffee in your room, which is another nice touch.

I asked for "a quiet room if possible". The room itself may have been quiet, but unfortunately the room next door was occupied by a woman who seemed to have what are known as "anger management issues". I was woken up by her ranting loudly and non-stop on her phone at 5 am (which I suspect was 10 am in her home country). After this continued without a single pause for 90 minutes, I reported it to the staff at reception, as you could not just hear it in my room, but up and down the very long hotel corridor. This seemed to be dealt with by reception (or the person went out with their tour group).
