Luxury Apts Leone Split Centre

-Convenient location to visit during the day, but a real nightmare at night. Would not recommend if you intend to sleep, but it's perfect if you want to party. I'd recommend going near Marjan park and travel using the bus 12. Super easy and what a pleasant area! -Warm welcome from Anna (the property manager) who was very flexible with check-in. (Regarding the following negative points, please note that I'm being very fair given the owner's lack of service. Feel free to check the kind of comments I leave elsewhere to have an idea.)

-Flat is basic, it has nothing luxurious and trust me I've travelled the world, I go both to basic, tiny flats, fancy and luxurious homes. (No coffee machine with pods, no kind attention from the owner such as fruits, chocolate, card, nothing that justifies the word "luxurious" in the ad) -Uncomfortable mattresses and single beds in both bedrooms, not King or Queen size. Beds were very squeaky, and bed linen the size of a single bed, so you end up not covered at night and you "wake up" with body ache (+ headache from the loud street noises) -As mentioned in my title, and I'm being very kind here, unable to sleep at all. After two nights there hearing people upstairs (fighting + being intimate), but also below due to parties in the wine bars and people screaming into the streets, my mum and I had to find an accommodation urgently to get some sleep. In two nights, I manage to fall asleep between 2h30am (when the partying is more or less over and the upstairs neighbors are done with their fighting+ intimate sessions) to around 4-4h30am once the delivery trucks are coming and delivering grocerie right under the flat (there's an internal court below 1 bedroom) I expect to be able to SLEEP in any rental property I go to, so I leave one star, because I felt highly taken advantage off and ripped off. There was no way of discussing a refund nor make myself understood by the owner as apparently "That's what you get in a city center." I've been to big cities, old town, city center, countryside and I have never been in such a loud area. Being in the center does not justify the noise. On the contrary, if you want for people to pay for a LUXURY service, you need to provide it, therefore if the flat is in a loud area and people can't do what they paid for (SLEEP), you need to soundproof the place better. Double or triple-gazed windows are clearly not sufficient.

Perfect location. Very near Main Street, restaurants, wine bar and grocery at the doorstep.

It was so big, right in the centre, a bath for our daughter and a cot, it was fantastic. The man we were dealing with was extremely helpful and couldn’t have been nicer.

Location is excellent. New, modern construction. Very clean. Great service by the host.

I’ll be a bit picky here but they need this feedback. There was no comfortable seating. One couch is just an upholstered bench, and the other was a cheap couch with a low back and bad cushions. Kitchen table and chairs are good but there are massive lamps that hang so low they are an obstacle. Bed was great. Very comfortable.

The location in incredible!! You step out of the apartment and you’re in the middle of many restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The building even has an elevator! Would stay here again.

The location was so close to everything we needed and wanted to see in Split. All is in walking distance, so many food options. The elevator was a definite bonus as well as on site parking

Host was excellent, very kind, on time, answered questions. The bed and cot where very comfortable and location is excellent!

Main issue was the apartment was not very clean, and hot water in kitchen was temperamental. The cleanliness is an easy fix, and for the hot water in the kitchen it won’t matter if the guests are not cooking much etc. Unfortunately for me both mattered as I was with a small child.

Excellent location with the old town and Riva around the corner, walking distance from Marine (if you want to visit the islands), plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, parking space (for a fee), helpfull host

Sometimes some street noise but that´s quiet normal when you choose to stay nearby a vibrant town centre.
