It's very old run down .I think someone was trying to get in our room. Could do better at cleaning and things where very old and out date 📅.

Quiet, can hear neighbors banging doors but generally quiet and well maintained.

Fixtures and things had rust but for the price it is fine. Maybe update plugs for electronics use.
