Wohnung ist auch im Sommer durch die Lage im EG kalt. Hat natürlich auch Vorteile wenn es heiß draußen ist 🙏.

Really nice owner, helpful and easy. Room was clean and all the basic amenities. The bathroom is spacious and so was the overall room area.

Not much - maybe that the bathroom lacked some of the amenities but never stayed in an apartment style so not aware of the norm.
