Location is great and free parking.

There were two small cockroaches in the bathroom and towels were dirty, also no heat when the temperature dropped outside. Luckily we brought extra blankets for my toddler to stay warm.

"I woke up to BED BUGS ON MY PILLOW and they were around my body!"

NOTHING! ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND! I never ONE NIGHT! I checked in at 5pm left at 11 pm

EVERYTHING.. the room looked clean but BED BUGS! I don’t like how long it is taking to get a refund when I never stayed at the hotel not even one night… WHERE IS MY REFUND

Not much

The furniture looked like it was picked up from the curb on trash day. The TV stand had holes in it. The metal on the lamps was rusty. The bathroom was dirty. One of the comforters had a cigarette burn in it.
