Being charged more and being argued with about how all the rooms that were the type I had already completely paid for were sold out. Staff not knowledgeable about policies, etc.

The manager was very nice and the same person when we originally checked in and checked out. He was genuinely asking how we liked our stay. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for to sleep overnight.
