Red Roof Inn Louisville Expo Airport

it was not clean at all small like smoke i had to clean before using the bath and the stopper was completely gone out of the tub the floors were not clean and made my socks black there was a burn hoe in the comforter blood on the wall . when I check-in the lady barely acknowledged me. Did not make any kind of eye contact. Didn't smile.It seemed like she hated her job. the air conditioner filter was filthy. I cleaned it plus the front of the air conditioner.i have talked to someone in booking and I have emaild pictures for what I had to pay I would think it would had been cleaned better for the first two night its was 195.92 then add another night was 83.00 278.92 . and i had to clean and when I asked for new towels and washcloths the house keeping was rude and said they did not have any that I would have to wait so I never got any. I feel if its going to be a two star rating, they should have two star prices i would have thought that with it being close to the airport in faregrounds. That they would hope their workers to a higher standard of keeping their hotel. Taken care of. so yes I would say im very unsatisfied

On est arrivés tardivement et la personne a la réception était un peu à l’ouest. La climatisation était bruyante.

Staff was friendly and pretty thorough with cleaning. We stayed several nights and we asked to not be disturbed until we left which they honored. Waffle House next door.

Smoking on Balconies, dirty between mattress and box springs ( we always check for bedbugs ) Our microwave was damaged so we didn’t try to use it.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. The biggest difference that we saw between our 2019 stay and this 2026 stay was the change in the neighborhood. The area has gone through a significant update. We found that the Red Roof Inn was clean, safe and well cared for. If you’re looking for a nice, affordable and clean place to stay, this is it. We were there to attend a graduation at the Yum! KFC center. The center is about 7 miles away. It was easy to drive there on multi freeways. Ess than a 10 minute drive. Also, it’s important to tell that there are many restaurants to chose from. There’s a Walmart Supercenter with a gas station just a mile away. All in all, I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the great condition of the room furniture. It’s not a five star suite, but it’s clean, safe and convenient.
