This property is very tired and not well cared for. We get what we pay for, and I didn't pay very much for the room.

Worst experience ive ever had. The smell was burning my nostrils, the bed frame was completely rusted, the heat did not work, there was one towel that appeared dirty, half a roll of toilet paper, the vanity was broken, i was scared to even get out of the car amd walk across the parking lot due to all the homeless people sleeping in the hallways and under the stair cases, and what is even more ridiculous is that i used a gift card i had received for this sort of outcome when i should have just spared myself from the nightmare and waited to use it elsewhere. By no means does it look anything like the photos. I couldnt even rest peacefully from having to sleep with one eye open.

I did not stay at the property. I had a reservation but they said I did not. I had to find a whole different place to stay. I called because we were running late. They would not talk to me once they said I didn’t have a reservation.

I called ahead. The person on the other end said to call back in half an hour. I called 40 minutes later. He claimed I didn’t have a reservation at all. Not very polite.

Absolute worst experience in renting a property and through Orbitz. I rented a room for my sister for 2 weeks. The first night, someone started banging on her door and yelling, scaring her. She did not open the door for fear. She left the next day out of fear. I contacted the hotel and Orbitz for a refund for unused days. They refused to do the right thing. I got nothing back. $750 for one night in dirty, filthy roach infested room with lights out and cabinet doors off the hinges. Absolute worst experience ever.

The room was not even remotely close to clean. The room had an extremely foul odor. I kept finding area that we’re disgusting to touch throughout the stay.
