"This place needs to do a better job cleaning up in the rooms"

It was easy to get in and out of our room.

Room was very dirty. Old stick to a sucker underneath the pull out coach which we used along with old cereal pieces. They did not come and clean the room in between each night. If I'm paying that much money I'd expect room service to come in and tidy up.

Breakfast was good, kids loved the pool area

Fitness room was kept at 80 degrees, 1 broken treadmill and lack of supplies. Air conditioner leaked pretty excessively.

"Pretty mediocre with it's good and bad qualities"

The Continental breakfast was delicious and in an open area so it wasn't overcrowded. The pool is nice with a playground for kids and a hot tub with working jets. There was a nice Jacuzzi tub in our room that was clean and spacious.

The bed in our room was hard and and had my spouse and I waking up with back pain. The comforter had stains including blood stains that weren't ours and one questionable one. Upon packing up to leave I found a pair of underwear and a sock that weren't ours just under the bench in our room.

Stuff was very helpful, and the space of the room where nice and big for my family of 6. My kids like there water park and pool.

Would have been nice to have a TV guile to know what channels they had, but other then that I cant really think about anything that waa bad.
