Good service

It was terrible for the price we paid we expected to get a good nights rest and could not due to someone's constatly banging the side of the building it started at 1 am and did not stop till 4 am when i called the desk they finalky addressed it - also soneone else in the building was playing loud mysic all night and it did not stop needless to say we did not get rest and needed to attend an event the next day. I would appreciate compensation for my discomfort since i book frequently with hotels.com

Absolutely AMAZING staff!! They were all so friendly and willing to help with any questions we had - from check in, dining options, transportation options, and things to do in the area. It was so busy due to the concert in town and they didnt rush us or act as if our questions were a burden. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really make sure we had everything we needed. The excellent provided breakfast was a huge bonus too. I would 100% recommend staying here and will absolutely stay with them again when i come back for future trips. The room was clean and spacious. Just an all around wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Great location, super staff

Staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. The location made it easy for us to attend a concert at Levi Stadium. We took the light rail located within walking distance and saved ourselves $$ as we had planned on using an Uber. Round trip was $5/person. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Been staying at this location twice a year, for two weeks at a time, and for 2-3 weeks at a time. It's the home in San Jose away from home. The on-site amenities suits how we like to travel; hot breakfast in the morning. To stay balanced, using the business and then fitness centers. When it's time to freshen up the clothes, the on-site laundry room is handy. When it's time to cool off and have some fun or relax, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are great to enjoy the California sun or wind down the evening. And the Suites give us the "at home" experience we have come to know from the 1-2 bedrooms with 1-2 bathrooms. The layout of the location means we can usually park the car near the door. And the staff is friendly, helpful and reliable. Ofelia Carranza keeps the breakfast hot, clean, and with enough food and drink for guests. If you cant find something or notice something has run out, she will take care of it straight away.
