Location was close to the airport. Room didn’t look too bad.

The room smelt like someone was smoking in it. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast.

People walked all night, I was scared to be there I thought I booked the North location I stay there 2 nights before my stay at the south. It was a cultural shocking experience for me. I could not stay another night. I was booked for 3 nights I did not like anything about my stay

Nothing at all.

The hotel had paid parking for extended periods while we on a trip.

The room is in dire need of simple maintenance. The bathroom was dirty. There was water damage that had not been repaired. The quiet hours were not enforced. The management was discussing an issue with another guest right outside our room and was asked multiple times if they could do it elsewhere. After we had already paid for extended parking we were informed by a worker that there had been vehicle break-ins at the facility. Eventhough there was a desk, there was no chair.

Staff were nice and accommodating, and the proximity to the airport was good.

The facility is in need of repair and upgrades. First room had a strong smoke smell. Staff gave us a different room, but the bed cover was stained, sheets had a stain, tub had no plug for the drain. Fortunately, we were only there for about 6 hours catching an early flight.

Breakfast was the worse part, milk was expired, my husband put it in his cereal and it tasted horrible. Everything was old and nasty. The facility was dirty and so many things was broken.

The facility needs some work and renovation.

It's not what you see in the photos, dirty, noisy, the noise from other rooms is very loud, bad smell, old and uncomfortable pillows, small and old towels.
