Lovely hotel. Friendly staff .Nice big rooms. Clean. Only things that reeally let it down is very uncomfortable hard beds . You wake up lots fue to it . Ridiculous breakfast hours. Finishing too early. 8.30 finish instead of 10 like other hotels

"Parking and microwave noghtmares"

Breakfast was fantastic

Stayed here 3bweeks prior and we had a microwave in our room, we brought food to microwave and we ended up with no microwave. We asked at the front desk and she told us all microwaves were in deluxe rooms, then told us they were all removed. We had a coffee maker, fridge and a balcony, that seems deluxe mlto me. We had friends on another floor with a microwave. This is a big deal when u are staying for 5 days and dont want to eat out every day. Also parking was a nightmare. We had a vehicle towing a trailer and were given a hassle for parking it in the lot actoss the street. Staff wasnt friendly.
