Mngr Shawn and Joe attempted to correct..after I extended my stay (w cash- & prior to noted probs): flea bites (both legs), dirty room w/ no room svc. No internet, stench in bathroom * ?prior smokers or mold? Shawn stated no refund due to cash pymnt- I left as soon as I repacked my vehicle ( without refund)

Fleas, no internet, no maid svc, no refund. Homeless person sleeping on sidewalk 4 doors down, transient in dark area of lawn came out begging for money and smokes.

Bed size n pillows

1. the bathroom had hair shower and 2. blood stains on wall near toilet I didnt see that until I got my own cleaning supplies and was cleaning asked for house keeping to come clean the room as soon as I got there she said no one was there but they will do it first thing in the morning ok fine 3.i called around 11 because no one came and no room change was offered the staff was rude you'll have to wait for house keeping and there is no manager so I got cleaning supplies n cleaned myself 4 spoke to manager next day he switched the room the refrigerator was broken had to be swapped which I appreciate but the heat went out in the middle of the night and I asked for a blankets she said I'm going to laundry n would bring some never called never came I'm not sure what is going on but

Staff was friendly and there was a nice grocery store located across the parking lot. There is also a strip mall across the street that has a great coney island!

Room not over clean- things like lights over bed didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a long time. Very noisy bathroom fan
