I never stayed and I canceled it was accepted still paid

Didn’t stay there and should of been canceled

Not one thing! I checked out early and found another place for the remaining of my stay.

Nasty mattress with stains, and no mattress protector. Noisy ac unit. The front desk was never available when you called, the front desk staff woke me up at 11:30 pm shouting and carrying on in the parking lot. This altercation had nothing to do with a guest. The emotion and intensity and the volume was quite disturbing; it went on for well over an hour . That night I slept in a king-size comforter that was delivered to my room. I cocconed myself inside, like a sleeping bag so that my body would stay as far away as possible from the nastiness around me. It was the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel.

The room was spotlessly clean, great location, friendly staff, ease of check in/check out.

Minimal towels, no little fridge in room, the bed was uncomfortable.

Rude people at the front desk and on the phone. Nasty room, no room set. No clean towels, no tissue, no trash taken out, no clean sheets. Just awful

I liked nothing but the location

Pool / close to a lot of food and activities

Needs to be renovated

I didn’t like

Because I did a reservation with a price and was a price more expensive

The TV didn’t work room service was horrible and staff was disrespectful

I did not end up staying. I saw some thing that looks like it could’ve been a bedbug. I also was not able to get a hold of booking.com. Fortunately, my my bank and the general manager at the facility we’re both cooperative. I will never book with booking.com again.

The room wasn’t clean. I also didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to get a hold ofbooking.com.
