Nice view from the terrace. Spacious and clean. Can park the car in front of the building.

It is a little challenging to reach the property and to then go visit Florence. The roads are bad, narrow and twisty and it has no close connection to the highway. I haven't seen this mentioned on the listing but there are events hosted at the property. Stuff like birthday parties and company events I guess. One night there was some kind of team-building activity I presume that has someone play loud music and shout in a microphone until 11:30 in the night. The restaurant does not have a clear schedule. Usually there was someone there in the evening if you wanted something to eat or a drink but in the morning it was closed. The curtains were not blackout so you could not sleep later if you wanted to.

The views were amazing. Host was lovely and helpful. Spacious rooms with all the facilities a family needs. Perfect place to enjoy the Tuscan sun and countryside.

We were greeted with warm cookies and cold water right away, the host asked if we needed anything at all and was extremely kind and was also very patient with us even though I needed to translate sometimes, she went over the top and was willing to help us at every turn and just a message away. The property is beautiful and has a quite a few friendly animals roaming around. The apartment is exactly what we needed and was perfect, she makes a great red wine we bought a couple times and I highly recommend. I think this is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at, we will defiantly be back.

The place has a charm, it is extremely well located and overall in relaxed setting. The host is warm, welcoming and helpful. The appartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped.

Very spacious apartment, clean, very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Loads of cats around.

Few missing items in the kitchen - e.g. cutting knife, but overall well equipped. It was clear we came for the season start so it still needs a bit of love and finishing touches before the season. The restaurant was not working, no possibility for buying breakfast. Quite dangerous and narrow roads lead to the Azienda. Poor sound insulation against landing planes to Firenze airport.

Perfect host - when we arrived in the heat of 38 degrees, we were immediately offered a cold water and espresso ;-) Even though the lady who let us in could not speak any english - italian only - it was a lot of fun explaining things and everything was clear after few minutes with lots of laugh. Great food in the restaurant run by the owner (unless you are there in Augest when restaurant is virtually closed due to vacation season) - we only had a chance to try it once :( The "main" host lady could speak english and was also extremely nice and helpful. We also got our glass bottles refilled with cool water for continuation of our trip.

The only very very small inconvinience: When you come with children - there are alpacas that you can go and feed which is great - however this is the only "entertainment" for kids if they are not very creative ;-) As we were informed - there are plans to build a swimming pool and some playground for children in a future - which will be great! but for now you have to go to Signa or other "distant" town to find a playground. BUT as mentioned - this is very very minor and applies only when you are spending whole day or few days in a house without doing any sightseeing.
