Service was horrible and the rooms were disgusting

Went with my wife- stayed overnight as we shopped the area for a day. Check in was easy and quick- gentleman was kind and friendly. Room wasn’t super clean, I understand it’s winter(ish) and the room was off the ground floor but there were salt stains all over the place. I had to wear slippers, it felt dirty otherwise. The room was equipped with a kitchen but no pots, pans, cutlery, or even a garbage can. There was a stove, sink, and refrigerator but unless you brought your own stuff it was unusable which we thought was strange. My wife felt the room was not clean enough where she refused to sleep under the blankets which I don’t blame her. I didn’t notice until the next morning but when I went to make the bed I noticed a large chunk of black hair in the middle of the bed under the bed sheets. Both my wife and I are blonde so the sheets were obviously not changed prior to our arrival. Honestly, the room was not bad. We would probably stay there again if they addressed the cleaning and accessories in the rooms. It was a bit of a disappointment.
