The Amrta Borobudur

the property itself is right in the front of borobudur temple, which accessable to anywhere. Staff friendly

We book at the small room in the front of the pool and the big room. The room itself it’s far away from our expectations : from the mark on the sheet, dirty toilet (we call it toilet because is impossible to call it bathroom because it’s so small) and it was so dirty alot of stain everywhere, dirty floors and the table because the ant making a nest in the door and they didn’t clean it, missing water bottle, the pool is not clean and we ask to them to turn it on so the water call flows. the pictures on the booking doesn’t match with what it actual we expect, too much editing and it’s so disappointing us. over all the place is Un-maintain at all and uncomfortable. we have to move to other hotel that day as we not happy with it- we leave the property rightaway, we don’t even stay that night and with that value of many we spend, we have to asked the customer service to refund our money. but until now there is no answer from the booking CS. we’re not recommend this place.
