The delay in my booking

When I got there on the 6th of March 2026 I was told booking.com had not updated my booking and I was not in their booking register so had to start booking again waiting for a room to be available

1. I liked that we were just across the bridge from the American Dream mall, and we were about five minutes away from the Secaucus Junction station. 2. Free parking and no bugs in room were a PLUS.

1. There was a little price difference between what I paid at the front desk versus what I had reserved with Booking.com. The front desk stated I needed to take up the issue with Booking.com. 2. We reserved three rooms. Our room was fine, but one of the other rooms had this "smokey" smell, even though they were all "smokeless" rooms - MINUS.

Everything was relaxing comfortable staff are very pleasant and room was nice clean when we got there ☺️ 😊
