"Nice surprise. "

I've stayed at a lot of budget motels on this cross country trip and this one was a very pleasant surprise. It had the look, feel and function of something much pricier.

"The place was convenient for our travels."

Traffic was noisy all night. The bathtub bottom had a dirty stain.

"Terrible place to stay"

The facility is old and run down, Heating unit was so dirty hardly any air flow on high speed and did not provide any heating. It was so cold I left at 2:30 am. Now I am having trouble getting my $150 deposit refunded, a surprise they even required it. Management had no interest in feedback and even got rude at my comments

"Horrible!!"

NOTHING!

There was no damn breakfast!!!! They advertise it but was told that there has not been offered since COVID!! The refrigerator didn't work, the ice machine didn't work!! Asked about getting a AAA discount but said because I used Booking.com, which is not true. Would have thought because of the issues, would offer some compensation! The check in process was horrible! The front desk clerk was behind the desk and sat out of view for us to see and the buzzer didn't work!

"Disappointing . . . ."

Renee helpful on Reception. Room was ok, but see below.

Bathroom is very tired, bed not very comfortable. VERY noisy vehicle outside Reception door at 5am with engine running unnecessarily. Very noisy plumbing from adjacent rooms. Despite advert on Booking.com, the owner does not provide breakfast. Apparently "business is quiet so it's not worth it". Annoyed as I would have stayed at similar place close by that also offered breakfast included for the same price. Also, surprised at being asked for a $100 cash deposit as I'd used Booking.com. Bizarre.

"Bad check-in process and homeless people. "

They have no posted hours anywhere and will not let you check in after 9pm. While waiting for hotel staff to show up 3 different homeless people approached the hotel and linguered around the building. I left after noone asnwered any calls and ringing the doorbell.
