It felt like the entire resort was for my family as we could fully use the restaurant to cook our food. That was the highlight of Loftpical. Private pool is nice but they use salt water so I don't know what's going on. Beautiful resort with lots of greenery, a swing, and cool Insta-worthy nooks.

No room cleaning was offered in my 4 days of stay. There was garbage pileup inside the room as no one came to collect it. It's very far from notable places and located in a remote place that doesn't seem safe. We had to resort to Bolt/Grab to go to sites. Drinking water was limited and offered in 5-6 bottles a day for my family of 7. The family room is not safe as the stairway is made of iron and anyone can hit the railing from below. I was constantly worried that my kids would hit their head while playing. Also, ghe family room is just one large room that gives no privacy. There's only 1 bathroom with a toilet. The other one has an open ceiling and no lavatory. Can't imagine how a family can use a single lavatory on a vacation. Tour offers from the manager seemed inflated for price.
