A good size room and very helpful staff, plenty of hot water. 15 min walk into the main sites. Very near the main bus station.

It needed a proper clean. The bed linen wasnt dirty but had plenty of stains! The floors and surfaces were all very grubby. Crossing 2 major roads to get into town takes courage!

Early check-in with no charge because most of the rooms were unoccupied. The hotel is a few minutes away from the central bus station of Amritsar.

Not cleane. The room was dusty. The bed sheets were dirty. It looked like they didn't change it. the toilet seat was broken and it was very dirty, I had to ask the staff to clean it. The water pressure in the shower and the sink was very weak. Before coming, I read some good reviews, and I don't understand how people gave it 10. That is far from reality. I do not recommend it.

Horrible experience from Checkin till check out, TV was not recharged, Rooms were totally dusty and rooms were too small, Very minimum toilteries. One room booked extra mistakenly and there was no cooperation at all by the hotel to do something around it, at the end we have pay for all three rooms. They are charging even for water which is complementary in any other hotel, they will just give you one bottle per room and if you ask for more it will be charged. Switch boards were damaged for e.g. in room 301 there were no fan regulator, i had to call reception everytime if i want to decrease or increase the fan speed. Overall they will not leave a single penny for anything which is not upto the mark, but will not work on improve their service. There are many good hotels in this area, therefore this can be avoided untill they improve their services.
