"Simpatičan hotel u sklopu stambene zgrade, na odličnoj lokaciji."

Soba je prilično kompaktna ali ima dovoljno velike ormare za spremanje. Prvi objekt koji ima ugrađeni komarnik na prozoru što iznimno cijenim. U konačnici vrlo udobna soba.

Budući da je hotel izveden iz stambene zgrade, kupaone/hodnici su za stepenicu povišeni u odnosu na sobu pa treba paziti na korak kada se izlazi iz kupaone ili hodnika u sobu. To generalno nije problem, ali treba paziti pogotovo ako nisi navikao ili hodaš u marku. Dostupan je samo javni parking ali na parkiralištu s naplatom ima mjesta.
