No kettle in the room for coffee .No tissue paper was available at the room & reception.. Need to improve for general customer requirements

Room was comfortable-Staff was pleasant

no Shampoo-One bar of soap. No Iron or Ironing board. No Blow dryer.

Nice basic room... no frills, but comfortable

Only provided one small soap - and it was dry and crumbled when unwrapped... no shampoo (fortunately I brought my own of both) Towels are thin and need a softener when laundered If you are coming with a car, then the location is ok for the price. I came by Amtrak and it's a bit of a walk to get to the Metro or bus. The same with food - about a half mile or so to the closest restaurants or Trader Joes for groceries

Excellent staff, clean and ideal location and good security personnel on the look for safety.
