Gostei demais do hotel, café-da-manhã muito bom, limpeza impecável, boa localização, ótimo atendimento, tem restaurante muito bom no hotel, o que facilitou muito pra nós que chegávamos cansados dos passeios com crianças. Indico muito!

Todo. Fuimos 1 noche por que debíamos estar temprano en Stgo el sábado así que llegamos el viernes en la noche. La habitación limpia, temperatura exquisita, el lavamanos estaba un poco tapado, pero llamé y rápidamente fueron y lo solucionaron. Fuimos a comer al restaurante del hotel, exquisito y de muy buen tamaño el plato. Dormimos muy bien y el desayuno muy rico también estilo buffet.

Estuvo todo bien, sólo que el estacionamiento está como a dos cuadras y al llegar tarde eso se complica un poco por que el centro de Santiago no es del todo seguro, menos de noche. Además, al hacer el check out nadie nos dijo que debían timbrarnos la tarjeta de estacionamiento entonces cuando fuimos a retirar el auto nos dijeron que debíamos pagar o volver al hotel a timbrar la tarjeta, ya estábamos contra el tiempo así que optamos por pagar, pero no era la idea pues el hotel ofrece estacionamiento gratis.
