Slow flush toilet, towel bar fell, tub... my daughter didn't want to go in it.

Not very clean and needs updates. When charging $90+ per night, I'd expect better equipment in the room, clean carpets, clean and non-moldy bathrooms.

When we first got here to check in, the dude at the check in desk only put that we were staying for one night and our key card wouldn’t let us back in the hotel room. We had to go and get it fixed with a different front desk attendant

The hotel is in a convenient location, but very outdated and the pictures are not a good representation of the hotel. The breakfast was a joke and not in a funny way. They appear to cut corners where ever they can. The staff was not engaging nor helpful.

Shower curtain missing/sink faucet leaked badly/floor was dirty. Called the front desk to get a room change but no one answered. Breakfast offerings were scarce/hot items (eggs & sausage)not edible. Staff did not seem to care. Will be asking for a refund.

I remember when Ramada was a nice place. Not this one. To begin with, the trashcan, two feet from the side entrance, remained overflowing with putrid garbage for two days. The ice machine was out of order the entire time. The shower curtain was moldy. The "clean" towels had long black hair on them. No towel to step out of shower on. Room and facility very run down. Something I have never seen, facility commercial laundry room door was left open at all times, this was not a laundry for guests, which this place does not have. When I requested a floor mat for the shower the front desk attendant went to laundry room and said there were none, that they were all dirty, but they could get me one the next day. The duvet cover had a suspicious looking stain that was crusty, so I am assuming it was not changed between guests. Won't guess as to what it might have been, just took it off. Made me suspicious as to the cleanliness of anything in the room. Just another reason I never travel without disinfecting wipes.

The breakfast was not that good there's nothing left early on poorly attended ice machine not working The entry light in the room not working and had a lot of trouble with the TV generally the facility is average condition
