Restaurant featured in lobby of your hotel fed me bad food and hotel management gives me the shrug. It is not their business they say.

The location is ideal. Still close to the action but not hectic. Loved the bidet, hot tub, balcony view. Restaurant had great views and good breakfast. Parking was easy and reasonably priced $29/day.

Wish we knew we could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. Room needed a bit of service: loud A/C unit, no working fan in bathroom, awaken by an errant 6:00am alarm on the clock in the room. Women’s locker room showers were difficult to use, and there were no towels.

The location is exceptional

The soundproofing is horrible. I could hear the neighbours upstairs, the neighbours through the wall, and people in the corridor as if they were in the room with me. It was impossible to rest because people were constantly moving around — at midnight, 3 a.m., and even 6 a.m.

This is an older hotel and it is apparent. The shower water pressure was very low. But the towels were nice and fluffy. The walls are thin. I heard sneezing and coughing from next door. The floors are thin too. Someone was walking around and it sounded like they were stomping. Location is good.
