Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please share your flight details with the property at least 72 days before your arrival to secure your seat for the transfer. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults. Mookai Hotel is easily accessible by a taxi from Velana International Airport to arrive on your own. If you require the transfer to be arranged by the hotel and pay at the hotel, we can assist you in that regard. You should request the transfer minimum 48 hours prior to arrival with your flight details. Please note that we do not have a dedicated hotel vehicle for airport transfers and you will be transferred in a public taxi. Airport transfer charges when it is arranged by the hotel is US$10/- per person, one way.

"Constant noise not as described"

Lovely helpful staff

We chose this hotel because of the pool we always pay on arrival and the hotel had every opportunity to let us know it was closed for maintenance...we would have cancelled There as building work next door and the noise was from 8.30am till 7pm most nights..the last night they dismantled scaffolding at 1am The shower is tiny and barely usable T bags ,coffee and sugar are rationed to 1 sachet a day ...if you enjoy a cuppa take your own

Few steps from the main Ferry terminal, a great location. Very good breakfast, including local and continental options. (try the local).

"Superb"

It is a good place for stay before or after you go to other islands. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Staffs are nice and helpful.
