"If you want relaxed and comfortable with a place that cares - go somewhere else. Don’t waste you money here!!!"

Terrible on getting the room you reserve. Ac/heater unit NEVER shuts off. Must unplug if you want quiet. Mattresses are very worn and not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had a very mildew, mold odor- and we were not right next to the pool - just the same floor. By the second night, it was hard to breathe and we both had headaches. Also, went for breakfast around 8 AM and there was not much left on Tuesday morning.
