USBreakfast was great! They had bacon too! Everything was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Nice option of firm or soft pillows in the room.
Nothing comes to mind
USOur room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. (the tub looked dirty, but it was the result of a poor refinishing). Unlike many hotels, when they stated breakfast started at 6 am, it really was ready at that time.
First of all, the staff needs to be trained better. As they did not check ID's at check in, they gave our room to someone else with the same last name! It took over a half hour to get that resolved with other clients lined up behind us waiting to be checked in. Then, the room did not match the description on our confirmation or on the final bill. There was no comfortable chair in our room - you could only watch TV from the bed. The light in the sink area was actually in the hallway and did not light the mirror properly for shaving or anything else. They need to correct that by putting lights over the sink. Lastly, the water heater was being replaced as we checked in so we were unable to bathe before attending a family gathering/celebration that evening. When we tried to bathe when we came back, the water was a dark rusty brown color. YUCK! I know they had no control over when something breaks, but that was the icing on the cake.
USThe pictures online are inaccurate. I reserved the 1 bedroom suite with a separate living room for an extra price and pictures showed a living room and separated 1 bedroom. I do this so my toddlers are in the living room at an early bedtime (7:30pm/8pm) and the adults can watch TV in the bedroom until a normal bedtime. When we got in the room it was a king bed with a couch in the same standard room type. The hotel told me the pictures online are old but never compensated me the difference in cost. Also, FYI NO elevator!

USClean well run facility with good beds and water pressure. Breakfast offers hot sausages and eggs with a waffle mailer and other options. The price was what I was looking for on the holiday weekend.

Newly remodeled hotel with excellent breakfast, pool, and amenities. Good value for the cost. Safe area close to major roads. Streaming television and internet. Nice reception book and coffee and tea served in the lobby. Polite, helpful staff.
