Unfortunately this wasn’t a good stay. Tricky driveway with no information about parking until you arrive, no milk for coffee, very few kitchen supplies unlike the listing states, freezer melted our frozens and being underneath a house we heard a lot of noise, some very late at night and especially in the morning around 830 there was what sounded like a fight happening in the main house.
The owners were very accommodating when we raised a couple of issues. The property is not brand new as we were of the understanding from the title. This place would be freezing in the cooler months, some windows do not close properly, no fly screens to the front door or windows for warmer weather so bugs come in. The door leading to the outside from the main bedroom is very second rate and overall not secure. No heating or cooling to 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is super tiny and only takes a single bed and nothing whatsoever else. I dont think this property is worth the asking price. Car parking (on a very steep decline towards the property) for this apartment and a 2nd one is right up to the windows of the 2 main bedrooms of this apartment. This makes you feel insecure sleeping at night in case an accident happens and one of the cars comes right through the window.

The check in is abit confusing, you must contact the property owner through Expedia as no email sent and no phone number was given, just send them a message. The owner answered very, very fast so it was nice and the check in is very easy after. Very nice location, we love it. The property is very clean and has everything we need. The furniture placement is a bit odd as the table was so close to the wall, I saw somebody had scratched the wall so we move the table a bit further. The beds are comfortable. We definitely will stay here again next time in Auckland.
