Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South

The common areas of the hotel are surprisingly impressive, particularly the dining atrium. The suite I had was well-appointed and comfortable, although the windows were dirty. (It was early spring, so some winter accumulation is to be expected)

The state and finish of the bathroom did not match the remainder of the suite. The toilet hinge cover was broken, which was unsightly. Neither the toilet nor the sink drained quickly. The shower and surround had clearly been painted, and the paint was peeling off in places. This made the entire bath area appear soiled, even if it wasn't. The door to the bathroom was damaged, flaking and chipped all along the base.

Room size

The property has a lovely lobby and restaurant area. Although dated the rooms are very clean. The staff was so friendly

I forgot my pillow so my only negative was the pillow situation

It was quiet, warm, comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I will be booking more

Our room key kept locking us out of our room and 3 times we had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed.

Love the location and staff. Some of the rooms are in need of a face lift...comfier beds but overall decent for the price
