Hotel El Relicario

Lamentablemente tuve la mala experiencia de que no se respeta el horario del check in. La habitación tiene cafetera pero no café. No te dejan papel sanitario de reserva.

Me gustó mucho el hotel la habitación me encantó fue de las q están abajo lo único es q se escuchan mucho el ruido de los carros y el estacionamiento es incómodo y más si llevas carro grande pero en general es muy bueno volvería a hospedarme

+ Staff very friendly, albeit new and hence not trained. + Breakfast tasty, once it arrived after long wait (shortage of staff, couldn't deal with multiple parties). + Daily cleaning well done.

- Ground floor room uncomfortable sticky (in rainy season when humidity high). - Bathroom has flawed design: any shower floods the toilet area, which sits at the lowest point without drainage. Shower curtain and rod are installed so that it routs water to the toilet area instead of away from it. Must bring rubber boots to use toilet. Installations are old, thus not clear why management hasn't fixed this years ago. - Long waits at reception and for breakfast due to staff shortage. Lack of training suggests high staff turnover and inability of management to retain staff and provide them with sufficient resources at peak times.
