muy bueno, la atención de todo el personal

que no consideraron que se llenaría el hotel y los guisados no fueron suficientes para todos los huéspedes, en el desayuno no pudimos usar la tina en la suite 205 pues el agua siempre salió fría, así como en la regadera del baño tenía problemas de presión

EN EL BAÑO ESTABA TAPADA LA COLADERA , SE REPORTO Y NO REALIZARON REVISION , HAB 204-ME HUBIESE ENCANTADO QUE LA REPARARAN YA QUE SE DERRAMO EL AGUA AL AREA DEL SERVICIO(BAÑO) O BIEN QUE ME REASIGNARAN CAMBIO DE HABITACION FUNCIONANDO CORRECTAMENTE, EL AGUA DE LA PISCINA DEBERIA SER CLIMATIZADA Y TENER LIMPIEZA EN LA TERRAZA SE ENCONTRABA DESCUIDADA. NO ESTABA FUNCIONANDO EL BAR .

desayuno excelente si e sabido hubieran sido 3 noches el agua en la alberca muuuuuuuuuuuuyyyyyy helada pero es del clima todo estupendo volveremos si dios nos lo permite
