Zentral in Altstadt Nähe. Personal war sehr gut.

Kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Restaurant zu klein, durch Reisegruppen ausgelastet.

Versuchen sie einmal das Hotel per Mail zu erreichen. Im Web steht eine nicht mehr gültige Adresse. @ Hrg-Hotels…… Die info.hotelbaltic-stralsund@viennahouse.com Adresse ist nicht zustellbar. Eine Nacht ein Feuer(fehl) alarm um 3:50Uhr AM . Der Rezeptiononist war aus meiner Sicht überfordert. Infos bzw Betreuung an die/der Gäste: Null.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Aussicht. Die Möglichkeit im Parkhaus zu parken und das Frühstück.

Ein Fahrstuhl war defekt, der Teppich war im ganzen Hotel kaputt und sehr dreckig,offene decken, die Beschreibung des Zimmers entsprach nicht der Realität, allgemeiner renovierungsstau im ganzen Haus

Angebot des Frühstücks, Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, die Großzügigkeit des Zimmers, die zentrale Lage

Türen im Zimmer klemmten, Garderobe hatte keine Bügel, Raumtrenner im Form eines Lamellenvorhangs erfüllte nicht seinen Zweck. Keine Mini-Bar bzw. kein kleiner Kühlschrank.
