Frigorifero rotto e vecchio, la lavatrice perdeva acqua, poca attrezzatura in cucina.

Apartment was spacious and clean, well equipped, loved the large balcony views were beautiful could see right over Benidorm, very quiet night and day, bed was super comfortable as was couch. easy instructions for tvs and air con were available too.kitchen had all you needed plates, cutlery, pots etc electric kettle microwave complimentary cloth sponge and liquid was left nice touch! iron and small board in wardrobe and quilts for when it was cold loved them too instead of a jaggy blankets

unfortunately we arrived at 12 noon and they could not accommodate us with an early entry, I did say well before arrival but was not communicated if we could or could not which was disappointing, hairdryer was not working and melted if you turned it on! shower rail did fall down once but was easy to put back up, lost my earring one morning went to look for it under bed which showed lots of dust tho bed was solid so I can see why not really built for moving, I would have returned to this apartment but for me the hill to the gate opening was too much of an incline for me was very off putting.

Close to the beach and town

There was no hoover and the washing machine could be upgraded. It takes a long time for a load ti finish and it would stop at some point and you have to press start again. There’s a lot of dust under the bed and the sofa.

THE HILL

Views fabulous and apartment very spacious, well equipped and clean. Location fantastic in terms of proximity to the beach and Avenida Mediterraneo but uphill which was not great. Lovely large balcony which isn't overlooked. And having secure parking was a big plus.

Although the location was so great, be aware that it's up the hill somewhat so although not far it's quite steep so a challenge in hot weather and/or tired. Still, we certainly got a workout each time we headed back! But those with mobility issues would find this a real problem. Parking is a bit fiddly to access but the neighbours were quick to help - we can only assume they've seen it all before! Finally - an anti-slip mat in the bath would be appreciated, we didn't feel too confident showering. And a bath mat would be nice although you could use a towel.
