"Very good"

Cleanliness and the location of the property are good. Metro Station is reachable via Auto (40-50 INR). The staff are good. The linen and the rooms were well maintained. For a short business trip very good.

The breakfast option was only Idly and Vada. Bread butter/jam was also not available. The door lock was very tight. Have to do a good amount of wrist exercise. A hotel rated 3Star should have its reception open at night as well. It completely shuts down at night. And you literally have to bang the main door to get it open.

The location is a perfect one, good n friendly staff, cleaned rooms

The partner app-"booking.com" is way expensive than the actual pricing at the hotel.The pricing what is shown is not the actual one , we need to pay a bit more than the expected one,Thers no fluctuality in rates incase u arrive early than the stipulated time

The hotel was located in a great location.

Better customer service and also could aim for good cleanliness. The reason behind me giving this feedback is there were mosquitoes throughout our stay.

facility is not available (towel & soap) rooms cost high. breakfast not good, only online showing breakfast is buffet system, here not there in buffet only idly vada given.
