The staff, jacuzzi, and the pillows!

The room was extremely small for $300 😞 The swimming pool too small No breakfast The bathroom door wasn't locking had to call maintenance... the whole lock was replaced Lastly, the name Airport is deceiving because the hotel is not near the airport

"Disappointed stay"

The area and close to proximities

We were put in a 'king room' which we weren't sure was a king bed, but very disappointed in having the ice machine right across from our room and was heard all night till 5am. I didn't sleep at all and to add to it, kids running the halls throughout and people tslking outside our door. A nightmare! The reception desk was down the hall and not far away for the desk clerks NOT to have heard. I did complain briefly the next day to the front desk clerk. She responded with an unsure, Im sorry? We will choose another hotel next time. Upon our arrival, the front desk gave us treats for our little puppy which was very thoughtful and he was very nice.
