Great historic hotel. Excellent service at the front desk. Very near historic church and park.

Breakfast was excellent but service was very slow.

Gorgeous 19th century building, beautifully restored. Comfortable and very clean. The manager spared no effort to assist us in our stay.

Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent but service was very slow. This may have been a one-time problem.

Overall, this was a great experience and would recommend people staying here in the future.

Friendly staff, location, mattress, room size, jacuzzi

Kind of strange shower/jacuzzi system, very noisy and wasting a lot of water. The next door neighbours used it late at night and woke us up.

I can only speak of Casa Franco in superlatives. It is one of my favorite hotels ever. The included breakfast was not just a continental breakfast but rather a full variety of Oaxacan breakfast dishes. The day of our arrival, we had picnic foods and wine with us, so Eduardo set complete place settings at a table in the patio for us. Iván and Raúl were also incredibly accommodating with our every wish and so sincerely welcoming. We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff, its amenities, and the location.

We had a ball staying here! The hotel is located right off the village square so you’re in the heart of the community. The building is beautiful, the room was modest but comfortable, and the staff was very attentive. The water pressure in the bathroom was immense! Breakfast was simple but delicious. There’s a lovely terrace upstairs if you want to sit outside and look at the square and the huge church in the distance. The town itself is a gem, we got to enjoy the town festival when we were there in mid-February

The hotel’s restaurant hours were limited when we were there but there were few guests and it was a festival so that might be why

Better on quality than quantity, but then most hotels don't include breakfast at all.
