I felt safe in the area it was a lot of good attractions near by

I booked my room in advance and even confirmed everything before hand but ended up in a handicap queen room when I booked for a king we were celebrating our wedding anniversary it put a damper on the whole mood the lady at the front desk wasn't helpful at all telling us we would have to speak to management in the morning and the phone didn't work I felt like we was dealt a rare deal no compassion at all it left a bad taste in our mouth this were our second trip to Evansville Indiana I felt like something should have been taken care of at the time of check out sign not a happy person it was out special day

Location and indoor pool

Breakfast- no waffle mix either day, oatmeal gone before 8 am on Sunday and no more provided, dirty tables that were never wiped either day. Very few food choices available either day. Food crumbs along edge of beds in the room. Bathroom corners had hair and dirt balls in them.
