Everything was okay except that i asked for no clean up need during my stay and they still came in during our absent. I also asked for a couple service with champagne flowers and chocolates, but the chocolates were not there.

Es un lugar para convivir con tu familia y es muy tranquilo, no me toco mucha gente y estuvo muy tranquila el área del la alberca y muy buena atención

Fisicamente todo estubo muy bien, solo que la atencion en recepcion no da confianza, nos atendio samuel, y desde el principio con respecto al depocito no fue claro. Al hacer check out, no checaron la habitacion para confirmar que todo estuviera bien, el husped se va y si le hacen un cargo sobre el depocito ya no hay como defenderse o comprobar por que de ese cargo, ya que lo hacen dias despues.
