我第一次去杭州，他們在機場附近，無論服務和環境整潔也做到非常好，前台人員的服務也不錯，不過就是我帶了一個朋友去酒店，前台的一個女孩子，突然大大聲，這個女孩子要到他們那邊登記，其實這不是問題，只是那種態度好像不太友善，除了這個之外，其他都不錯

Very friendly people at the counter. They will arrange transportation to airport, even though they are located at back side of the airport.
