Management failed to reimburse me even though I didn’t stay the night AFTER I found 2 roaches in my room. I would’ve understood why they wouldn’t refund me if I had been there long, but I checked in at 8:45 PM and left at 2 AM when I saw the second roach that night. Everything was just handled very poorly even after I showed them picture proof of my claim.

For the price point, it is what I expected. Staff could have been friendlier. Beds were bouncy and squeaky. Not sure if I would stay here again.

The room worked for well for my purposes. It was easy to get to and from Hershey and the highways. The room was clean though a little dated, especially in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
