I have did not stay here. About 15 minutes in the hotel room. Found human and animal hair all over the floors in both bedroom area and bathroom. Bed did appear to be clean but when sitting on the bed you feel nothing but springs. When standing back up the bed literally stayed flat. Went to office to ask for another room. Although floors appeared cleaner the mattress is still in very poor shape. I did request refund and the manager on duty said I would have to take my refund request back to booking.com as they would have to refund me. After getting through AI portion of the call I was finally able to speak with a agent. The agent with booking.com said they have nothing to do with the refund just the reservation. There where problems with this Red Roof wanting to refund our money. They said we had to wait till Monday for the Manager to decide. Either way it became very complicated and I wasn't leaving the property until we gotten our refund. I have to say this review is for the property only. Other Red Roof Inns I have stayed at have been more than comfortable and accommodating. Either way I wouldn't even entertain the idea of booking at this location again no matter how desperate I become. It would be more comfortable sleeping on the ground in the cold and rain than make an attempt to stay here.

Easy to get on and off highway

The room was clean, but needed attention. No breakfast offered, not even a coffee pot in room. It was close to Denny's, so we had breakfast there.
